Through this class, participants will:

• Be able to identify and articulate how local communities can build power through the use of evaluation tools.
• Distinguish between oppressive evaluation and empowering evaluation.
• Identify the critical questions and answers that determine the level of empowerment potential in a measurement process.
• Share stories and tools with their communities about how measuring impact can create community power.
