Over the last two years, I have been in involved in a community resilience footprint that has 'revitalized' community spirit. This has been achieved by identifying, compiling and capitalizing on community assets. Beyond the success of this Program, there is a change in community mindset from "no enough volunteers" to "can-do attitude' which is reflected in the initiatives that are being currently delivered by and for the community with the facilitation of my current role at Gladstone Regional Council.

The Footprint will be extended to other three regional locations over 2018. This is the essence of Regional Community Development.

Congratulations, Luis. I have two questions: 1) Do you have specific goals beyond "revitalized' community spirit"? and 2) How much time has normally lapsed from the time assets are identified, and the time those assets are effectively mobilized?
