I am new to this discussion group, and found this thread while getting acquainted with the site... We do some very similar work and have an upcoming project with teenagers with disabilities that are preparing to leave school and transition to adult life. We find that many are very disconnected from their communities... in fact, the only connection is school. I was struck by the community project element of your work. Would you be willing to share more information? Thanks!
