A flower passes through a transformative process before it fully blooms… Similar to the flower, the personal transformation that each one of us undergoes, and still go through does not end with you – it has to reach and give life to others. In the end, it is not about only you – it is about you and others. It is about you giving life to others so that you may live forever through the hearts you touched, the minds you taught, and the lives you transformed the core spirit of ABCD model.

Director of Noticeable Growth Accepted openly (NGao Society/ABCD Kenya) facilitating an asset based community driven development approach. In the community we facilitate community conversations that bring out the untold stories from within the communities to form the basis of the key assets. I direct a program of a group of Women making all kinds bead works from waste paper: an environmental friendly way of using waste paper to make all kinds of paper beads where we facilitate the product market networking and linkages. We facilitate a youth mentorship program for the youth who require a caring adult to accompany them in life journey to realize themselves earlier on in life.
Challenges
Seeing a community from the need, problem perspective instead of from an asset perspective by key players of development.

Where we need help.

Material resources to understanding the the ABCD model ( What has worked)
Linkage for our beads products
Mentors to accompany the young people
