@ Zoom

Are you interested in exploring how to build on the assets of our rural communities?

May 25, 2021 - 10-11 am EDT

Click here to register. No cost for registering. The date and time listed above is in Eastern Daylight Savings Time (New York City). Be sure to check on the date / time in your part of the world, using this Date and Time Converter.

If you are unable to join us for this kickoff due to scheduling or time zone issues, could you please provide us with additional information on this Google Form? As this Community of Practice moves forward, we are hoping to include as many interested people as possible.

Join us for this kick-off meeting of a new Community of Practice (CoP) that will gather together rural practitioners of Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) to share stories, experiences, and tools.  By coming together, we will learn ways of building on the assets in our rural communities, addressing shared or recurring challenges and how we turn them into opportunities.  This group is designed for individuals who have a working knowledge of ABCD and who are practicing ABCD in rural environments.

This CoP is being organized through the work of the Rural Communities and ABCD (RC/ABCD) workgroup of the ABCD Institute.

The kick-off meeting of the CoP will be May 25th at 10 am EDT / 9 am CDT / 8 am MDT / 7 am PDT. We ask that you register here to get the zoom link. There is no cost to joining this CoP.
