I live and work in the same rural community in which I grew up. As a nonprofit director, I lead the organization to not only see, but expect our neighbors to use the gifts, skills, and capacities they already have.

We didn't mean to, but we sort of started an ABCD movement in our community. We're here to learn and share what we're learning.
