Hi folks,

I'm at the University of Nebraska at Omaha at the Office of Latino and Latin American Studies while I work on completing my doctoral studies in industrial/organizational psychology. I am involved in a research study with a nearby Iowa community with a growing population of Latinos (6,000, about 8% of the population). As a follow-up to this data gathering, we've proposed to accompany Latino immigrants meeting at the Catholic church in possible asset-based community development. I am conducting one-on-ones with a few potential leadership committee members. I like the resources I've found here regarding a skills inventory. Anyone have experience doing this in a Latino immigrant setting?
