NEW publication - From Reform to What Works: Moving from the limits of institutions to a culture powered by neighbors
It's been 40 years since Jody Kretzmann and I began the research that resulted in the publication of Building Communities From the Inside Out (The Green Book). It sparked what we now know as the ABCD movement worldwide.
I have written a new monograph, because at 92, many people have asked me what we have learned as a result of ABCD's work. It is called, From Reform to What Works: Moving from the limits of institutions to a culture powered by neighbors. I think it is a very useful summary of the most important learnings from those years.
