Director of Noticeable Growth Accepted openly (NGao Society/ABCD Kenya) facilitating an asset based community driven development approach. In the community we facilitate community conversations that bring out the untold stories from within the communities to form the basis of the key assets. I direct a program of a group of Women making all kinds bead works from waste paper: an environmental friendly way of using waste paper to make all kinds of paper beads where we facilitate the product market networking and linkages. We facilitate a youth mentorship program for the youth who require a caring adult to accompany them in life journey to realize themselves earlier on in life.
