On one hand, I'd simply suggest "hospitality". On the other hand, while this is the word that is used throughout much of the ABCD documentation to encourage the inclusion of people on the fringes of our communities, I wonder if it is a word evokes images of the actions we intend for it to bring about. (Then again, this discussion is probably beyond the scope of the discussion of this video.)
