What is possible when we actively connect and co-create the organisations and communities we long for?
The Art of Participatory Leadership is coming again to Victoria - home of the first ever AoPL training in Australia back in 2008, and many since. We hope you will join us in this exciting three day training, in the gorgeous setting of Holmesglen, Eildon, about two hours north east of Melbourne.
The Art of Participatory Leadership (also known as the Art of Hosting and Harvesting Conversations that Matter) offers simple and powerful participatory models, processes and practices to work with others through complexity, uncertainty and change.
If you want to learn new ways of working in deep collaboration with others, you are warmly invited to join us.
