Thanks Deb - it’s good to hear from you.
I lead a learning and development programme for church leaders in Britain and Ireland which introduces them to ABCD as one approach to community engagement. Al Barrett and Paul Wright from Hodge Hill Church (an ecumenical partnership) in Birmingham (England) lead the initial training sessions on the residential learning week.
I’m also licensed to a local Church of England parish in north London, and have been trying to introduce ABCD thinking over recent months. I’m due to be moving to the West Midlands in England this summer. The local parish I’m expecting to get involved with there are already making some good headway in ABCD approaches, so I’m expecting a more fruitful field to be engaging with there, once I’ve moved.
I look forward to picking up some new learning and insights from the ABCD in Action community.
Grace and peace to you,
Alastair McKay

There are quite a number of people here on ABCD in Action (and beyond) who are interested in faith communities using ABCD. If you'd like to get connected to any of those folks, feel free to PM me at abcdinaction@gmail.com
