You have a pretty broad question here, Peter. Can you be a bit more specific about what you're asking? Is this about a community that you live in or work in? What's your role/interest here?

Peter, take a look at Logical Framework Approach. This has been used around the world to address systemic issues. This has an asset mapping component, but deals with the big picture, a piece at a time.

Its broad in nature I agree, but I am interested in specific efforts applied in here by any members whohave researched systemic problems in NY and apply assessment techniques to gather data.
