Pastorals are believed as resource-poor people and change-resistant community. All these believes have just come from their life styles, government's policy gaps and insufficient knowledge about their contexts by outsiders. In reality, they are rich in lots of spiritual assets, social assets, natural assets and others. But, most of the development tools and approaches are designed considering only agrarian (crop growing communities) or with less attention to pastorals.
Hence, I want to invite you on the open discussion on how we can make most suit ABCD tools/approach for pastoral community.
